Meet Lena

Menopause support nutritionist

I am Lena, a certified nutritionist, mother, science teacher and CrossFit lover!

I am so passionate about women's health and nutrition! I believe that we can use food as medicine to treat a wide array of chronic conditions and, in this way, help you to bring balance back into your life.

I love gardening, cooking, weightlifting, yoga and meditation.

My journey into Nutritional Medicine started from my own personal experience after turning 40 with changing hormones, unexplained weight gain and perimenopause.

So after nearly 20 years of working as a high school Science Teacher, I decided to pursue my passion for science and preventative medicine and enrolled myself in a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine and Dietetics). From the beginning, I fell even more in love with natural medicine and was hungry for more.

I am passionate about educating women about their hormones and using nutrition to help them navigate this stage of life. I believe that true healing stems from treating the person as a whole – mind, body and spirit and addressing their unique individual needs using personalised treatment plans.

For me, being a nutritionist and seeing my clients make positive changes in their lives brings me immense feelings of joy and pride!
